At MAMO Footwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

 

As a small independent brand, each piece is carefully produced in limited quantities. We appreciate your understanding and care when handling returns.

1. Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

 

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In their original packaging

2. Return Process

You will receive instructions for returning your item.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Please return your item and place a new order.
